There were a total of 61 attendees through the combined 3 cohorts of the session.
The program introduced the 3 types of advisors – Competitor, Equalizer and Technician – along with the traits of each. After setting the stage, they had everyone do a questionnaire developed by Hostick Consulting to see where they personally fit. From there, they presented the traits of all 3 types and how to best coach each of the types. Basically, hot buttons for all advisors so you don’t coach them all the way you want to be coached but rather how they want to be coached. They also gave access to the questionnaires and coaching questions to the managers so they can continue to put this into action with their teams.
